Me & Daddy playing horsey!
Izzy decided that Daddy & I shouldn't be the only ones playing & wanted in on the action!Peace, love & playing horsey,
Bailey
Daddy trying to get me to try the cupcake mix. Unlike my Mommy & Daddy, I just wanted to wait to enjoy the finished product.
Daddy trying to teach me how to lick the cupcake mix off of my lip!
Examining one of the Easter eggs that Mommy, Daddy, Grandma, Grandaddy & I dyed yesterday evening.
"Am I supposed to eat it?"
Taking all of the colored Easter eggs out of the carton so I can decorate them with my Easter egg stickers.
When the stickers did not stick to the Easter eggs, Mommy & Daddy opted to let me draw on them with Sharpie markers.
One of Bailey's masterpieces.
The finished product! Our Easter basket had Dr. Pepper for Daddy, colored Easter eggs, boiled Polish sausage, dewberry jelly, a pineapple, Gummi Bears for Bailey & King Hawaiian rolls.
Me giving Mommy the "look"
The vacuum wasn't out so I used what I could find to help clean the carpet in Mommy & Daddy's room.
It was pretty tough to pull the wet swiffer back away from the dresser.
Silly smiles while pushing the wet swiffer.
Finally out of Mommy & Daddy's room and onto the wood floors (it was much easier to clean out here).
Me playing with the wind-up rabbit that GiGi sent me. I loved winding it up and watching it hop across the floor.
I still wasn't feeling 100% so I wanted to stay close to Mommy or Daddy while I played. Since Mommy was taking pictures I snuggled close to Daddy to show him how my wind-up rabbit worked.
Even though I didn't feel very good, I still had to sample the treats GiGi sent (this was my first taste of a peep... YUM)!
Trying out the pretty Easter bow that GiGi sent.
Trying to get to the bag of m&m's & jelly beans out of the basket GiGi sent.
Transferring the Easter basket grass from GiGi's basket to one we already had.If a picture is worth a thousand words, how much is a video worth? Since I had so much fun with all the toys GiGi sent, I wanted to send a special thank you her way! I got a little camera shy yesterday when Mommy shot this but you can still tell how excited I was to try the peeps & how much I appreciated my Easter package.
Thanks so much for my package GiGi. I've played with my Easter toys a bunch & I can't wait until it warms up again and I can wear all the cute t-shirts & shorts you got me! I'll have to model them for you when you get here in June!
Peace, love & a package from GiGi,
Bailey
Me in the first field of bluebonnets & indian paintbrush. This field was right next to the White Hall city sign.
Me standing in the flowers (notice the church in the back left corner, it was picture perfect).
Sitting & smiling in the indian paintbrush (just prior to the beginning of my allergy attack).
Stopping to smell the flowers and pick up one of the Easter eggs Daddy hid.
A look across the field.
A closer look at the church behind the field of flowers.
Me & Mommy in the field of flowers (I stopped wanting to have my picture taken by myself as my allergy attack picked up steam).
Me with the indian paintbrush that Mommy stuck behind my ear.
Giving Mommy kisses.
The super goofy picture of Daddy that I helped Mommy take.
Family picture in the bluebonnets.
Me with my Easter basket & a golden Easter egg.
A close up of me, my Easter basket & my Easter egg.
Trying to figure out where to step so I don't hurt the pretty flowers.
The White Hall city sign.
The second field of bluebonnets that we stopped at (notice there is another field behind the field we stopped in, there were bluebonnets everywhere).
Picking up my Easter rubber ducky from its hiding place in the bluebonnets.
Nothing but bluebonnets.
Searching for one of my rubber duckies.
Trying to potty in the great outdoors before we get back in the truck to go home.
Mommy carrying me back to the truck, thankfully there was no traffic on the road!
A clean diaper, some raisins & all strapped in to go home!
A field of bluebonnets we saw after we turned and headed back to highway 6.
After we got home it was time for dinner & I decided to sit an eat with horsey at my table, instead of eating at the big kids table with Mommy & Daddy.
